park.fan was born from a frustration every theme park fan knows: standing in a 90-minute queue and wondering whether smarter planning could have avoided it. What started as a side project—"let me just track some wait times"—grew into a full platform now covering 151 parks, 5,253 attractions, and millions of queue data records processed every day. The goal has always been the same: take the guesswork out of planning a theme park visit.
The AI behind park.fan analyzes historical crowd data, weather forecasts, school holiday calendars, and special events to predict crowd levels and wait times days or even weeks ahead. Instead of guessing, you can check whether next Saturday at Europa-Park Resort or Phantasialand is going to be a green day—short queues, relaxed atmosphere—or a red day where every popular ride has a 60-minute wait. The model is continuously trained on new data, so its predictions get sharper over time.
