Before you upload, here is exactly what happens with your pictures:
- You keep the copyright. You never sign your rights away — you simply grant us permission to use the photo.
- You grant park.fan a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to show, resize and optimise the photo on park.fan and our channels, with a credit where you provided one.
- Every upload is reviewed by a person before it appears. Nothing goes live automatically.
- Only upload photos you took yourself or clearly hold the rights to — no other people who object to being shown, no material owned by someone else.
- Changed your mind? Contact us any time and we will remove your photo.
