Brogent Technologies Explained – Theme Park Definition

Also known as: Brogent

Brogent Technologies, founded in Kaohsiung in 2001, builds the i-Ride flying theatre — a suspended seating gondola that swings out over a large spherical screen while riders’ feet dangle, synchronised with wind, scent and mist effects. Where Disney’s Soarin’ established the format, Brogent industrialised it: the i-Ride is the system most parks buy when they want a flying theatre, and it now runs on every continent.

Europe’s best-known installation is Voletarium at Europa-Park, which flies over the continent’s landmarks with two theatres running in parallel for capacity. The company also builds smaller media-based ride systems and immersive dome attractions.
