Quick Service Explained – Theme Park Definition
Counter-service restaurant with no table waiting staff.
Dining
Quick service (also called counter service or fast casual) refers to park dining where guests order at a counter and carry their own food to a table. It is the most common type of in-park dining, offering speed and convenience. Disney popularised the term "quick service" to distinguish it from "table service" in their dining reservation system.
