Re-Ride Explained – Theme Park Definition

A re-ride is when a guest is allowed to remain on a ride — or hop straight back into the station — for an additional cycle without walking the full line again. Re-rides are common late in the day, during quiet periods, or at enthusiast events when demand is low and operators simply wave riders back on. Generous re-ride policies are a big draw for coaster fans, allowing back-to-back laps to compare different rows or just enjoy a favourite again.
