Maurer Rides (Maurer AG, metal fabrication since 1876, amusement rides from 1993) is a Munich-based German manufacturer. The company developed the SC spinning coaster series featuring their signature trick track — a section where the car tilts sideways mid-ride — and the X-Car platform, a single-articulated-car format capable of highly customised compact layouts with launches and inversions.
The Sky Loop is a standalone vertical loop structure found across European parks as a space-efficient thrill ride, while the Spike coaster uses individual pursuit cars on a shared track. Well-known European installations include Winja's Fear and Winja's Force at Phantasialand (Germany) — indoor spinning coasters with trick track — and X-Car installations across various European parks.
