A Dutch manufacturer and one of the world's most prolific coaster producers, known for the Boomerang, the SLC, and a modern new-generation lineup.

Coasters

Vekoma Rides Manufacturing is a Dutch roller coaster manufacturer headquartered in Vlodrop, Netherlands, and one of the world's most prolific producers by total installations. Founded in 1926, Vekoma built its global reach with the Boomerang — a compact, inexpensive shuttle coaster with three inversions ridden twice (once forward, once backward), licensed to parks worldwide. Over 50 Boomerangs were built; the model is found on every inhabited continent.

Other iconic Vekoma designs include the Suspended Looping Coaster (SLC), Mine Train coasters, and the Giant Inverted Boomerang. Starting in the 2010s, Vekoma reinvented itself with a new-generation lineup featuring dramatically smoother ride systems, innovative layouts, and improved family offerings. New-generation models like the Family Boomerang, Tilt Coaster, and suspended family coasters appear increasingly at European parks. Disney has also commissioned custom Vekoma designs for several of its resorts, including the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, signalling Vekoma's rehabilitation from manufacturer of rough but affordable coasters to trusted supplier of premium family attractions.
